What are the criteria for qualifying for free medicine under Patient Assistance Programs?
1. Qualifying income levels vary from 100% to 400% of the Federal Poverty Level, depending on the pharmaceutical company, your unique conditions, and other criteria. You must know which program you are applying for to know what income level will qualify.
2. You must be a U.S. resident.
3. You cannot have insurance coverage for out patient prescription drugs, including Medicaid.
4. You must be at an income level that causes a hardship when you purchase your prescriptions at retail prices.

What does it cost to have ProRXHelp as my advocate?
There is a one time application fee of $19.95 to gather your information. This must be paid before the process starts. When your applications are submitted there is a recurring monthly charge of $10.95 for each medicine that you qualify for. There is no monthly charge and your application fee will be returned if we can't qualify you for at least one medicine.

What else does ProRXHelp do?
ProRXHelp tracks your account with the different pharmaceutical companies, updates it to keep your prescriptions coming and will remind you to update your information as necessary so there is no lapse in your coverage.

How do I pay?
You must have some kind of account that can be debited on a monthly basis. We accept regular credit cards, debit cards,and gift cards.

When will you debit my account?
Please let us know what day you wish to have your account debited and we will follow your guidance.

May I pay by Money Order?
No. Get a gift card (such as from Wal-Mart) and put money on it. This is easier than a money order.
